‘Hill Top’ Farm Stay is a unique experience for holiday makers. The Tiny House offers the combination of creature comforts of a boutique glamping experience alongside the beauty of the great outdoors. A special feature of ‘Hill Top’ is the wrap around window that allows for spectacular views during the day and the exceptional experience of sleeping under the stars at night.

The space
At ‘Hill Top’ you will be overwhelmed with the sense of space. In just about every direction you will encounter impressive and dramatic views of our little corner of the world.

Situated behind the main house you have the Tiny House all to yourself. You are welcome to explore the 60acre property with the sheep tracks making good walking tracks.

You will find all the creature comforts inside the Tiny House such as a double bed, two burner gas stove, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. The lights run on solar power although you will find power points for your convenience.

The seperate bathroom offers a composting toilet, running cold water and a warm gas camping style shower.

Guest access
‘Hill Top’ Tiny House is situated on 60acres of a working Sheep Farm 4 1/2 hours drive from Melbourne. You may get some wooly visitors during your stay.

To access the property you will need to drive up a steep-ish dirt driveway.

There is a 5 minute drive into the Township of Buchan. Here you will find a Roadhouse, General Store and the Buchan Caves Hotel - a very popular watering hole. Buchan is well known for its limestone caves. I would suggest booking a tour of the caves during your stay.
