The Estate Trentham is a 3 bedrooms federation style cottage set on a very private garden featuring herb gardens, Mediterranean gardens, tea gardens, fruit trees and lots of places to sit and read, relax and enjoy the space.
An original c1902 three bedroom federation house in the heart of Trentham, just over one hour from Melbourne.
PLEASE NOTE pricing is based on how many rooms you book. one room two or three. $890 one bedroom, $1190 two bedrooms and $1590 for Three bedrooms
The space
Designed and decorated by interior stylist and author Lynda Gardener. The house features one off finds, old and new, includes loads textures and layers to keep you cosy and comfortable.
Open the double french doors to the north facing summer garden in the warmer months. Turkish and hand crocheted rugs adorn the floors while oversized light fittings, cushions, throws, were all hand made for the space and for you to enjoy.

guests never share the house with other guests, if you are one couple , you occupy the entire house to yourself. as long as you stick to the bedroom you choose on arrival......its all yours. please also note more than one bedroom at the house has extra costs....please enquire. thank you

I am an interior decorator/stylist based in Melbourne Australia - as well as running 3 boutique accommodation houses in Daylesford and Trentham in the victorian countryside, I also have an art-deco 1920s apartment in St Kilda and one studio space I rent out in Fitzroy North -The White Room
I love to travel and do so every single year.
Being an interior decorator I love to stay in stylish/cool places, such as designer hotels however, I also love private homes or apartments where it feels as though a friend has invited you to stay to explore the city!
