Clover hill farm is a little farmhouse in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley. Located close to town with views from every window our farmhouse is nestled within our larger working farm. Clover Hill farm is home to many wombats and kangaroos spotted every evening in the paddocks surrounding the house. A newly renovated and refurbished home with all the modern conveniences, and large enough to fit 2 families.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties of any sort. The maximum amount of guests staying in this property is 10.

*Credit card details must be provided when booking. There could be a $1,000 fine for any breach of rules.

*This house is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes inside and around the house, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise especially after 10 pm.

*This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present.

*We ask that if the BBQ is used, it has to be wiped down otherwise there may be a surcharge of $50. We have supplied all the items you need to wipe this down in the kitchen.

*STRA Rules - Guests will be required to send their ID’s, email addresses, full names and contact number(s).

*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form. Please do not allow your pets on any of the furniture.

*Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.

*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.


*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

*Due to the recent reports of Foot and Mouth Disease, we ask all international guests to follow the Biosecurity Rules of the Government. This is usually indicated on your Visa details as part of the requirements. We love our farm animals and try to look after them as much as possible!

Welcome to Getawayz NSW. My name is James and I am the Managing Director!

Getawayz NSW was created by myself when I worked in the corporate world. There were so many times in my corporate life where I would be sitting at my desk thinking “just get me away”! I had a few investment properties that I had just put on Airbnb and I was being thanked almost every day for helping people with their dream holidays! I created spaces with love and detail. For me, it’s not only about the location but also about the space and the small touches. I thought there must have been a gap in the market for premium accommodation services with professionals that do not have time to share their beautiful homes.

My aim is to provide the most luxurious experiences for all my guests. From the moment they open the door, I want there to be a wow factor! Whether it be a bad day at work, months in lockdown over COVID-19, or anything in between with the struggles that the last 2 years have bought us, Getawayz NSW is a pun on “get me away” - but not just to anywhere, but to one of the best homes in NSW. Once you have stayed at one of my properties, I want the first thing to be is when you return home is wanting to book with Getawayz NSW again!

Getawayz NSW offers some of the most premium inner-city homes, beautiful country cottages, luxury eco-cabins to grand homesteads as well as some of NSW’s most gorgeous beach homes.

I (James, the Managing Director) have never been one to feel boxed in or be put in a box - I like to think outside the box! I wanted to create a brand that shows no matter what you are after in NSW, Getawayz will be able to give you a premium offering no matter what the area.
