The tiny hamlet of ‘Esparoutis’ is tucked into a corner of the pristine Ceou river valley. An ensemble of 4 stone houses, barns, and timber walnut drying sheds, typical of the region. Built around the 1700s, “Les Paroules” was the original name of the small hamlet.
Renovations in 2020, transformed the old, honey coloured stone farm buildings, into a contemporary holiday retreat, for families or groups up to 20 persons, seeking a quiet location in the countryside of the Dordogne Valley .
The space
Here there is 3 independent stone and timber country houses, beautiful and comfortable for holiday rentals .
Perfect for family and group holidays.
Accommodation for 20 persons . "La belle Maison" is at the centre, it was the farm house and barn joined together.
A timber chalet at the entry was an old wooden walnut drying barn is "The Sechoir",
and a village stone house towards the back of the property is "The Gite". All houses have Contemporary modern styling and comfortable bedrooms most with ensuite bathrooms. There are huge living room spaces fireplaces and open kitchens and separate dining areas. The houses are set in pretty gardens and meadows.
There is an enclosed garden and 2 x pool area with sun lounges outdoor dining and a BBQ for alfresco dining .

Private Parking under shady trees for the summer . Located minutes from what is known as the golden triangle of the Dordogne Valley with 5 chateaux to visit within a few minutes . 12km to famous Medieval Village of Sarlat with its fabulous Gourmets markets on Wednesday and Saturdays and night markets in summer. the medieval villages of Domme, Beynac, La Roc Gageac and Castlenaud are just minutes by car

In Winter November to January when reservations are available there is a Price for cost of underfloor heating by Gas and electric heaters and fire wood. There is also climate heating
