Miami Alumni has a 3 bed, 2.5 ba home close to campus ready for you. Short walk to rec center & ice arena. Stay for a weekend, week or a month. This home offers 2 Q beds, bunk bed with twin & full and all the comforts of home. Enjoy one of 2 living areas, the sun room, take in a view of the woods & enjoy lots of quiet time & privacy. Perfect for visiting kids on campus, attending a game, swim meet or Oxford event or tourney. Fully equipped kitchen, so save time and money by cooking at home

The space
This lovely tr-level was painted inside and out in July of 2023 with 90% new flooring. There are 3 living spaces, 2 living rooms and a sun room. There is one 60" smart television in the lower level living room. The home features 3 bedrooms on the upper level with 2 full baths. There is a 1/2 bath on the lower level. Next to the LL living area there is an office. A computer and wifi enabled printer are available to use if needed. Brew coffee in the Keurig with some pods we supply and you can bring your favorites. The home is supplied with 2 Hairdryers, a 1" curling iron and a flat iron by hot tools. If you need a washer & dryer during your visit that is also available. Take it easy outside on the 4 Adirondack chairs facing the woods of Peffer Park or enjoy a glass of wine on the sun porch. (Bug spray is under the kitchen counter). Busy Miami weekends make it tough to get into a restaurant so cook at the air bnb. We have it well equipment for cooking and baking needs. In case there are little ones, there is also a pack-n-play.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy. There is room for 6 cars. 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street with the parking passes in the Guide book in the kitchen. I have to use the same two passes all year so you MUST leave them when you go.
