Welcome to the Farm House, a working farm and once the Cromwell family home in the Byron Bay Hinterland. The Farm House retains all the comforts you need to make your holiday feel like your home away from home. With luxurious Hale Mercantile Co. linens, iKOU bathroom products, large pool and a spa area, it is the perfect place for you to get away and unwind with your nearest and dearest. You’ll see Dexter cattle and happy chooks, numerous fruit trees, vegetables and herbs for you to utilise.

The space
Cromwell Farm House is a stunning 4-bedroom home set in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
If you can pull yourself from the comfort of inside, you’ll find plenty of space for activities, relaxing and entertaining with a pool and spa, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
So, whether you’re lazing by the pool, curled up on the lounge or pottering around in the kitchen, we’re sure you’ll feel right at home.

Guest access
We kindly request you don't wander into the cattle fields. Subject to availability, we may be able to host a tour around the farm for you to enjoy safely, and more intimately. Otherwise, the farm house and surroundings are all yours. Middle Shed (the caretaker's cottage and second guest accommodation) is positioned west of the farm house, representing your boundary.

Other things to note
We’re a working farm, so expect some noise from equipment, animals, and suppliers at various times of day. We have cattle, chickens, and roosters—some roam freely. Please keep children and pets at a safe distance for everyone’s safety.

As an old working farm, there’s a small chance of rodent visitors, especially after rain. We use baits and traps, but please store food securely and clean up any spills or crumbs.

We supply one free bag of firewood for you and additional bags can be purchased - just contact us through Airbnb to organise.

On rare occasions, there may be snakes that visit the property. If this occurs, please stay calm and keep a safe distance from the snake. Try to keep the snake in sight and contact us via Airbnb. Should you require a snake catcher to remove it, we recommend Safe Snake Services Lismore that operate 24/7.
