Unwind in the ambience of this self-contained luxurious cottage studio nestled amongst 17 acres of subtropical rainforest and organic gardens.
Our nearest neighbour is kilometres away.
Take a short walk north (300m) through the rainforest to find yourself in a hidden oasis.


Bodhi Bungalow is a large, open plan, eco-friendly studio style bungalow ideally suited for couples. The covered veranda is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake each morning to the sounds of the birds.
The queen bed has a very comfortable latex mattress and fitted with natural fibre linen.

Relax as you submerge yourself in the sunken bath, curl up in the swinging chair or recline on the daybed as you feast on the beauty and sounds of nature.
Enjoy drinking and bathing in natural filtered rain water.
Beautiful appointments within and surroundings of lush rainforest makes Bodhi Bungalow a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Fully equipped kitchen gas cooktop and high-speed blender.

All linen and towels supplied.
Please note we use organic eco products including personal care products, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, and laundry detergents.
Ensuite bathroom has a certified state of the art waterless and odourless resource-saving toilet.

The bungalow is totally separate and away from the main household on the property.

The property is located 2 minutes from Broken Head Beach, 7 minutes from Byron Bay and 10 minutes from Lennox Head.
Close to the best surfing beaches on the North Coast
You can walk or ride to nearby beaches but a car is highly recommended. Off street car parking is provided

Please understand that we live in a rainforest and with that we do our utmost best to keep everything impeccably clean - insects may occasionally enter your dwelling. If they are a problem we will happily remove for you and set them free.
Please also realise that 90% of our insects world-wide are gone - we are very respectful of sharing the planet with them too.

Hello our names are Lance and Susan. Lance is a International Yoga Teacher and teaches teacher trainings here at our centre in Byron, Europe and China. Myself i am a Hygiophysican and teach water fasting, detox and whole foods plant based diets. We are passionate about gardening and living consciously on this earth - our home. We are very privileged to live and "caretake" in one of the most beautiful gardens in this area.
