Nestled in a quiet valley, just 5 minutes from Nannup's friendly centre, and with direct access to the incredible trails network, our cozy farm cottage oozes character! Bring the family, light the fire, drink in the views, and the city will seem a million miles away!

With limitless walking, cycling and horse riding opportunities, the Munda Biddi Trail and Warren-Blackwood Stock Route run straight past us on a road so quiet you'll forget it's there!

Well-behaved dogs and horses welcomed.

The space
The original owners built the cottage in the 80s with their own hands, giving the house a character that tells their story in every beam and nail. Set in 10 acres, it is really all about the stunning SouthWest setting in every direction.

The spacious living room, with large smart TV, seats seven in its leather sofas, and is cooled by fans and heated by the log stove. It leads onto the large kitchen-diner with six-seater farmhouse table, gas stove, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, sandwich press, kettle and Espressatoria coffee pod machine. Some pods and tea bags provided, but we recommend grabbing some pods from Woolies before travelling.

A quiet sheltered verandah off the living room offers two comfy chairs and the chance to enjoy views over the paddocks to the hills beyond. Bedroom 2 opens directly onto the large covered alfresco dining area with rustic table and barbecue, overlooking a charming fairy-lit gazebo with six-seater dining.

Bedrooms one and two feature comfy queen beds with plenty of storage, while bedroom three has space for some essentials and a "triple bunk" (double below, single above). The living room also has a double sofa-bed (bedding not provided). Bedrooms one and three are heated and cooled by AC.

Seraphim Retreat is set in established gardens. In season pick figs, loquats or lemons and enjoy the views of the hills beyond.

The bathroom is clean and spacious, with views over the gardens, and features a shower, basin and toilet.

We hope you love the quirky character of this family home as much as we do. The odd creaking floorboard just adds to the feel of our magical country retreat.
