The space
Fully air-conditioned with black-out curtains, Sheridan sheets and Crown Posture mattresses, up to seven guests can rest assured of a comfortable night’s sleep. The dual aspect master bedroom is generously proportioned with a king bed, reading chair and enclosed wardrobes. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, wardrobe storage and reading chair. The third bedroom holds a double bed, a single bed and wardrobe storage.

The indoor living area is equipped with comfortable lounges and a 55” LG OLED smart television. A unique bench makes an ideal space for work or study.

The well-appointed kitchen features gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, and is fully equipped with all you need to self-cater during your stay.

The table for eight people positioned on the architecturally striking deck means guests can dine in style watching yet another spectacular Top End sunset. The deck is private and overlooks a large and deep saltwater swimming pool surrounded by tropical trees.

At ground level there is secure parking for up to three vehicles and plenty of room for a boat. An outdoor bathroom on ground level is convenient for guests relaxing by the pool.

Located on a quiet street in Parap on a large fully-fenced block and new to the Airbnb market, Troppo Pioneer is recently renovated and ideally located within walking distance to Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, Parap Shopping Village and Markets, George Brown Botanic Gardens, the Museum and the Art Gallery of the NT and Darwin Turf Club. All that Darwin’s CBD and Waterfront Precinct have to offer are a 5 minute drive away.
