Enjoy the wildlife and the tall pines that Ruidoso is famous for. Sunrise Ridge is a nicely furnished cabin with the best sunrise! Central AC to keep you cool in the summer & gas fireplace & central heat will keep you cozy in the winter. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of fun. Close to Uptown & Midtown dining, minutes to Grindstone Lake, Alto Lake & Lincoln National Forest for hiking. Under 5 miles to the Ski Apache turnoff and 10 minutes to casinos and Winter Park for tubing.

The space
Sunrise Ridge is in a very convenient location. On a quiet street with mostly weekend vacation rentals, you will have the privacy you are looking for.

You may see the elk (there are several that frequent the property) and a family of deer that come by almost daily.

We have the best cleaning crew and hot tub maintenance person in town. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home.

Sunrise Ridge is in an ideal location, close to all Ruidoso has to offer. Only 5 miles to the Ski Apache turnoff, just 3 minutes into Uptown and Midtown Ruidoso, 10 minutes to the casinos, minutes to family entertainment including zip lining, bumper boats, paddle boats and more.

*Your pup is welcome with permission and $45 fee per dog. Maximum 2 Dogs only, no other pets allowed.

Guest access
The driveway is freshly paved, with room for two cars to park side-by-side. Street parking is also available in case you need room for additional vehicles.

Other things to note
There is a set of stairs from the driveway to the cabin to gain access to the front porch. It's worth it, as the higher setting of the house gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding area and morning sunrise.
