Skylark is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe in the grounds of our family home. Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles.
With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. REDUCED RATE WEEKS - NON-PEAK TIMES.

The space
Living Area: open plan room with kitchen, dining and lounge area. Stunning, uninterrupted view of rolling fields.
The newly fitted kitchen includes an electric oven, and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Tassimo coffee machine. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for storage. The dining table has seating for two people.
The lounge area has a sofa for two, Smart TV, books and board games.
Bedroom: includes a super comfy king size bed, bed side tables offering plenty of storage, and a built in wardrobe.
En-suite bathroom: walk in shower. Complimentary toiletries provided.
Outside: Skylark is accessed by a gravel driveway and has it's own allocated parking space. There is a gravel area for personal use with seating, and barbecue. With views over our vegetable garden, and the rolling fields beyond it's a great spot to sit back, relax and watch the wildlife go by.
Please note: bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

'Skylark' is set back off a quiet country lane - great for biking and walking. The stunning North Norfolk Coastline is a ten minute drive away, with the sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea, the wild marshes of Stiffkey and Morston and the harbour at Blakeney all within easy reach. The views from 'Skylark' are pretty special with uninterrupted rolling views of the North Norfolk countryside.
There are three great pubs within three miles - 'The Chequers' at Binham, 'The Carpenters Arms' in Wighton, and 'The Black Lion' in Little Walsingham. A mile walk down country lanes to the 'Walsingham Pie Shop' is a real treat for a fantastic breakfast or an award winning pie.
The nearest convenience store is 2 miles away in Binham, where you will also find the 'Little Dairy Shop' selling raw milk and local cheeses.
The Georgian Town of Holt is 15 minutes away by car - a great place to spend a few hours around the galleries, shops, and tearooms.
We are also only 3.5 miles away from the famous Thursford Spectacular and offer 3 night short breaks during November and December to accommodate visitors.
