Welcome to our charming and tranquil appartment! Our brand new duplex is the perfect retreat for families or business travelers seeking a peaceful stay. Our flat features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped open kitchen in a large living area.

Very central location, between the beach area and Sagrada Familia and within walking distance from the old town.

The space
Our cozy and comfortable home is the perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep and that's why we have a strict no noise policy in place. This means that you can rest easy and enjoy a peaceful stay in our home. Upon requesting your reservation, please kindly indicate that you agree to our no noise and no party policy so we know that you have read this description.

Our spacious and beautifully furnished apartment is perfect for families, couples, quiet groups of friends or business travelers who want to relax and recharge. The apartment features:
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a comfortable living room with a TV (cable TV and video games), dining table and two sofas (including a sofa bed)
- two cozy bedrooms,
- two clean and modern bathrooms.

In addition to our no noise policy, we also have a no party policy in place. We ask that guests respect our home and our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. This includes no loud music, no shouting, and no disturbances that may disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

We take great pride in our home and strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We provide all necessary amenities, including fresh linens and towels, high-speed internet, and complimentary coffee and tea. We also have a washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay.

The apartment is a duplex with the bedrooms and one bathroom at ground level. The upper floor is a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, sofa-bed and a second bathroom.

The closest metro stations are Marina and Monumental. Our building is near the concert hall "Auditori", and located between the bustling Glories area and the Arc de Triomph.

-Late check in (from 10 pm to all night) : 8.50€

- pets: 150€ extra cleaning

(include in Airbnb price: 25€/pers extra/night from the 4th visitor)

-In the event of a lost key, a minimum fee of €80 will be charged.
Note that a lock replacement will be required if the location or circumstances of the loss cannot be determined.
