Location, Location, Location ... Welcome to The Dunes Beach House. An amazing, enjoyable location, spacious 2 bedroom beach house for all year relaxation and fun. You can hear the beach and smell the sea air. All you need to do is walk out of your front door and the sand dunes are right there with direct beach access.

Pet friendly accommodation is offered with secure fenced yard, kids playground, pool table and lots of toys and games.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Goolwa Beach and come visit.

The space
The Dunes Beach House has a large living room, separate dining and a full sized kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a queen bed and full built in robe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed with trundle. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room for extra guests.

We recommend 5 guests but there is bedding for up to a total of 7 guests.

Outside there is a rear patio, fully enclosed safe rear yard for your kids and pets plus a playground. The garage includes the laundry, loads of toys and games, beach toys and a pool table with relaxing seating area.

Inside the house there are lots of games, DVD and toys for all guests.

Guest access
A key lock is located in the front porch. The key code will be messaged to guests prior to arrival.

Dent Street is a cul-de-sac (no through road), with direct beach access, it can get busy during the day in peak seasons, but that’s ok because you don’t have to use your car to get to the beach ! At other times it is a very quiet area and street.

Opposite the house is reserve, so Dent street only has one row of housing. A very private area for your family to enjoy.

Other things to note
A bond is payable prior to arrival, guests will be contacted to arrange this payment direct with the host. The bond is refunded to your method of payment, within 7 days of your departure.
