Located in rural Herefordshire, Tretire Mill is a beautiful former water mill dating from the 18th Century. The house provides accommodation for up to 8 people, with a large kitchen, conservatory, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), including a cot. There is a study/games room that can be made up as an additional double bedroom (with sofabed). There is ample parking, a large garden and a dining area with a firepit. The house is well located to explore the Wye Valley and beyond.

The space
The property is an old water mill dating from the late 18th century. Originally converted in the 1960s, it now provides light and airy accommodation. The house is full of character, with many of the original features, including the old water wheel remaining. Despite its age, the house caters for modern-day living and has all you need to enjoy a getaway, with a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms complete with linens and towels.
Well behaved dogs are allowed, but please note that should you want to bring more than one, that you must request this in advance and acceptance is at our discretion.

The house enjoys a great location in rural Herefordshire. Whilst secluded, the property benefits from excellent transport links being only 5 minutes from the A40 and 10 minutes from the M50. Hereford train station is a 25-minute drive from the property. There are an array of local towns and villages within under an hour’s drive, including Ross-on-Wye, Ledbury, Hereford, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Brecon and Hay-on-Wye. The property is an ideal base for exploring the Wye valley and the nearby Brecon Beacons, as well as The Black and White Village Trail of Herefordshire.
