"The Outlook" is the perfect, relaxed family holiday destination. Surrounded by 2 Acres of beautiful and spacious, landscaped gardens and with views across Westernport Bay this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom retreat is only a short 10 minute stroll to the beach. Within a short drive are many wineries, cafe's, restaurants and attractions of this very popular part of the Mornington Peninsula. Multiple living areas, decks and outdoor settings provide many ways of relaxing and enjoying this magic setting.

The space
All will be delighted with the spaciousness of this beautiful home. Under one roofline, encompassed by connecting veranda walkways, "The Outlook" offers a plethora of Accommodation options: a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house; as well as 3 self-contained private apartments, complete with kitchenettes, living spaces and ensuites.

"The Outlook” is surrounded by a well-established garden, bursting with flowers, native trees, and rolling lawn terraces; two frog ponds (please be advised that the ponds are NOT surrounded by safety guards so if young children are accompanying you please keep an eye on them at all times whilst in the garden); a tree swing overhanging the sweeping driveway; heaps of parking; a generous vegetable and herb patch beside a small orchard; a resident family of ducks; and a large spring-tree trampoline. The expansive garden is perfect for games of hide-and-seek or to find a quiet spot in the sun to relax. Enjoy alfresco dining any time of day on sun drenched, northern facing decks or perhaps the shaded courtyard garden to relax and enjoy a chilled glass of one of Mornington Peninsula's crisp whites or an award winning Pinot Noir. The deck area has plenty of dining space with wicker arm chairs for 6 and table with lazy-Suzanne out the back beneath the pergola, the dining setting for 8 around the side where you get magnificent vistas of the Bay and Philip Island in the distance, and the bench seats and table in front of the old cubbyhouse. Fire up the Weber BBQ for the perfect Australian holiday in style and comfort surrounded by nature.

The Main House:
Kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, large fridge, deLonghi coffee machine, and St George stove and oven (please see user instructions before operating). Laundry with washer and dryer, fridge, seperate toilet, and access to the back deck. Across the hall from the laundry is the main bathroom decked in blue tiles, shower, bath, hand basin and a beautiful view of the Bay. Down the hall is a sun-drenched bedroom with Queen Bed, day bed, access to the side deck, and an infant’s cot. The main lounge has 2 comfy couches and 2 arm chairs looking out over the front garden through wide sliding doors, a combustion fireplace, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, and LG television. Off the lounge is another bedroom with Queen Bed and access to the front deck. Also in the open plan living space is the dining setting for 10 and access to the back deck through wide sliding doors. Off to the side of the dining area is a kids play room with oodles of toys, books, and games for all ages, bean bags, DVDs and a TV. Walking through the kids playroom is the double access, large second bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Through to the other side of the bathroom leads to a kids bunk room with a fortress of 3 king-single bunk beds, arm chairs, TV, DVD player, access to the front deck, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

The Apartments:
Next to the bunk-room is the first apartment with kitchenette; a breakfast table for two nestled beside the expansive windows; open plan space with comfy couch, TV, books, fireplace, air-conditioner, a King Bed, and ensuite with shower, bath, toilet, and hand basin.

Further down the veranda is the second self-contained apartment with a single private entrance, Queen Bed, couch overlooking the garden, TV, air-conditioner, fireplace, books, kitchenette, and ensuite with skylight, spa bath, shower, toilet, and hand basin.

Half way down the front deck you’ll come to a glass door nestled behind blue hydrangeas and ornamental ginger, the door leads up-stairs to a very private retreat. Open to a sunlit space with king-sized day bed, observation deck, Bush Master telescope, TV, air-conditioner, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hand basin and separate toilet; and a separate bedroom with Queen bed.

I live in the Local area and enjoy all that's fantastic about beachside living with the pleasures of the calm Bayside beaches as well as the long stretches of Ocean Coast with its Surf, isolated sandy coves, rock pools and km's of Sandy Beaches. The Mornington Peninsula is amazingly diverse in what it offers to Visitors and Locals alike. There are National Parks to explore and km's of walking tracks that are easily accessed. Water activities are very diverse either in the calm Bayside waters or the Ocean Waves and many rock pools. The Mornington Peninsula is also famous for the diversity of Food and Wine to suit all tastes and budgets and don't forget to pamper yourself at the Peninsula Hot Springs that is always enormously popular. If you need any further suggestions we are always ready to offer advice.
