Nestled in the lovely maritime forests on the Crystal Coast, our home is in the middle of the island equally distanced from Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle.

We offer a private entrance into a comfortable apartment with WiFi and a smart TV that is perfect for a couple but can sleep up to four in a queen bed and daybed with a trundle. A kitchenette and a breakfast nook provides that space for a quick meal when you aren't enjoying the fabulous restaurants in the area. Perfect for rejuvenation!

The space
On a quiet residential street, just off of Salter Path Drive and with direct beach access, this apartment was designed in 2021 specifically to serve AirBnB customers. The hosts live in the main house as permanent residents.

20-25 minutes from beautiful and historic Swansboro to the West, enjoy Hammocks State Park and the Intracoastal Waterway views and travel 25 minutes East to historic Beaufort, the third oldest town in North Carolina, and enjoy the quaint coastal town with great shops and restaurants.

Complimentary adult beverage and a homemade or local goodie to enjoy upon arrival.

The kitchenette (no range or dishwasher) has a Corian counter top, a Ninja, waffle maker, toaster oven, small refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, silverware and utensils. Please note that an air fryer can be made available upon request.

The Smart TV is available for you to access your own favorite streaming channels. There is no cable service at the apartment but who needs that when you have the great outdoors!

Please note there is no closet in the apartment but there is a place for hanging behind a two doors. Drawer space is available.

Apartment parking can accommodate one car comfortably. Please park directly to the far right of the driveway directly in front of the stairs of the main house.

An outdoor shower in the back left part of the main house is available for showering after visits to the beach. There is a picnic table and four chairs in the backyard for guests to enjoy as the weather allows.
