The space
Limearita is a bright, 6-bedroom coastal beach sanctuary designed for large families, groups of friends, and reunions. With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis, it's the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway. The included 6-seat golf cart ($150/day value) makes that even easier!

MAIN LIVING AREA: Features a 65-inch Smart TV and an open layout that keeps the group together.

COMPLETE KITCHEN: Well-stocked, including stainless appliances and a custom-built artisan dining table that seats 15+ people. Perfect for having everyone together for a group meal!

PRIVATE POOL: A secluded, tropical backyard with a pool that can be heated to 83°F or 88°F for an additional fee (collected after booking).

GOLF CART: Rental will include a 6-seater electric golf cart provided by our third-party vendor. Guest will be required to complete the vendor's agreement and provide them with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. All operators of the golf cart must be at least 24 years of age.

Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for locked-off owner's areas and home’s exterior equipment area.

This includes all 6 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, the backyard, driveway, and the heated swimming pool.

Other things to note
POOL HEATING: We believe in a comfortable swim! If you prefer a warmer swimming experience, pool heating is available for additional cost, collected AFTER booking. Must be for full length-of-stay. These are the rates for arrival dates between Mar 1 - Nov 30. It is an additional $15 per night for stays outside of this period.

BEACH GEAR: We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and some beach toys so you can pack light. When returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand!

FAMILY READY: A Pack-n-Play and High Chair are available upon request.

PARKING: We are licensed for 2 vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS: Signed Rental Agreement, government-issued ID, and $500 refundable security deposit (done as a hold, not a charge) required within 24 hours of booking.

CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Arrival / 9:30 AM Departure. We are unable to accommodate early-arrivals, late-departures, or luggage drop-offs.

STRICT POLICIES: Max 1 approved dog (under 50lbs) with fee. No smoking or vaping inside nor in backyard. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN BACKYARD FOR POOL SAFETY. No parties or events. We maintain a strict NO GLITTER / NO DYE policy.

MONITORING: Exterior video cameras (absolutely NO interior or pool views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only) are in use.
