A fully renovated bathroom that features the original clawfoot tub, and a renovated kitchen with a mini coffee café and other kitchen amenities that you would need in this home away from home! A backyard patio space with grill access that’s great for hanging out.

HOUSE RULES
This home is not suitable for business use, it is for a weekend getaway and extend stay vacations. Please do not book this airbnb if you plan to conduct business and will have frequent guests. If the host suspects you have booked this airbnb for business, suspicious or illegal activities the host will cancel your reservation without a refund.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the home. There is a $500 fee for violations of smoking
- This listing has a strict no pet policy. There is a $250 fee for violations of pets and immediate cancellation.
-Pets are not permitted outside or inside the residence. This extends to service animals.
-In accordance with Airbnb rules, if a listing includes a shared space and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to the host or others (EX: allergies or potential issues with other animals), you don’t have to host the guests with the assistance animal.
-Therefore this property is unable to accommodate any animals.
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation (Only 4 Adults can sleep in the unit)
- No Parties, If the guests total exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- No suspicious or illegal activity is allowed on the property, if you are engaging in suspicious or illegal activities the authorities will be called and your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
-Firearms are not allowed on the property or inside the home.
-Please do not remove any devices (Ring, Yale, Internet modem) from the outlets, leave all devices plugged into the wall outlets. Removing such devices is a house rule violation and will result in your reservation being canceled.
- This home is not child proof but they are welcome at your own risk
-Late checkout is $100 (unless approved)
- Please do not alter this home walls, ceiling, and light fixtures in anyway
- If anything breaks, spill or stains etc, please contact me immediately.
-If you break, spill or stain any item in the property and a replacement item is required, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item.
- Please do not take anything from the home. There are no souvenirs; everything in the apartment is for the enjoyment of our guest
- THERE IS A $1000 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ST LOUIS LOCALS (ONLY)
This $1000 security deposit is for the security of the property and must be paid at the time of your booking. If you do not fulfill the security deposit payment your booking will be canceled.
The security deposit payment will be processed back to you 24 hours after check out in full if the below provisions are met:

*Check out instructions are abided by
*Occupancy limits are observed
*House Rules are abided
