Presenting a beautiful 3 bed plus office split level house that feels like rural living in the heart of Delegate. Situated one street away from the Main Street, it is a stroll to the local cafe or pub for a meal or stay in and enjoy a meal on the large verandah that overlooks paddocks and the park. This cosy house has both reverse cycle and a wood heater for your comfort needs.
Pets welcome however not inside. A portacot can be organised with notice &
Parking is free outside the house.

The space
A lovely, warm and light filled house has 3 bedrooms plus an office. The large verandah offers a lovely place to sit back and enjoy the view over the paddocks and park. Close to the Delegate river famous for trout fishing or viewing platypus.
