Vivenda Valentini, located in Itatiaia, Minas Gerais, has four fully independent and private lofts, with only the parking lot in common between them. - The loft has uncovered parking space;
- We leave the following courtesy: coffee powder, sugar, salt, seasoning, tea saches and a litre of mineral water;
- We are in rural area and there is a likelihood of power outage and internet.

- The number of guests cannot exceed the limit of two people and are not allowed to receive visits;

Itatiaia is located between two conservation units – the Serra de Itatiaia Natural Monument and the Serra de Ouro Branco State Park – and is located 20 km from the center of Ouro Preto via the MG-129 highway, with all accesses paved up to the parking lot. The century-old stonework bridges of the “Caminho Novo de Garcia Rodrigues Paes” (completed for traffic around 1707 and popularly known as “Estrada Real”) are within a 25 km radius, with the beautiful Calixto bridge about 2 km from the Vivenda.
The location is quiet, receiving more visitors on weekends due to some restaurants and bars. Vivenda is approximately 500 meters from the square, but in a more reserved location in the central part of the village and on the edge of a permanently preserved area of dense forest.
Itatiaia has some restaurants and bars for lunch from Friday to Sunday, but from Monday to Thursday, there is only one option. For dinner, there are two bars that are open only on weekends. Nearby alternatives: Ouro Preto (20 km) and Ouro Branco (10 km).
