The home is climate-optimized for all seasons, featuring:

Booking Information & House Rules
Strict occupancy limits apply to maintain the exclusivity and privacy of the retreat.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Unregistered guests will incur full per-person nightly rates for the entire stay and an additional dishonour fee.
Guests found to have misrepresented their booking details may be asked to vacate immediately.
Please contact us prior to booking if you are travelling with children under the age of 8. The property is not recommended for children under 8 due to its design and elevated setting.
Guest access
Our sealed driveway is steep- perfect for 2 cars - You must enter the drive with care and slowly. If you prefer- we have ample curbside parking at the very front of the property- all free.
On entry to house- our path has 4 stairs when entering- security lighting in place for late night arrivals.

Pebblebank on Morses is situated on an elevated hillside with steep terrain, unfenced river access, and high balustrades. If you have any concerns about the landscape or are travelling with children, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to booking to ensure suitability for your stay.
Indoor fireplace is available for guest use from Easter through November 1st only.
The stunning outdoor firepit is open year round and perfect for outdoor evenings.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Additional, unregistered guests will incur the full per-person nightly rate plus a dishonour fee.
Misrepresented bookings will result in immediate cancellation of stay.

Pets only with prior agreement, dogs are not to be left inside alone, or within bedrooms/on any furniture, dogs cannot roam the unfenced property unsupervised.
