Beautiful and cozy studio apartment in the Centre of Las Americas. Perfect place to make your holidays comfortable. It is just five min walk to Monkey Beach/Playa de Troya. Located in the centre so there is a lot of shops, restaurants, fruit shops arround. You will have personal access to the parking area of the complex. Free access to the swimming pool and the part ocean view from the terrace/balcony!
