Minimum Length of Stay: This property primarily operates as a mid-to-long-term residence, requiring a minimum stay of 30 nights.
Short Stays (2+ Nights): Shorter stays with a minimum of 2 nights are unlocked dynamically only approximately 1.5 months (45 days) prior to the arrival date, subject to availability. If you are planning ahead and see no availability for your dates, please adjust your search to 30+ nights to view open units.
Multiple Listings per Room Type: Because each of our physical apartments is registered individually, you will notice multiple separate listings for the identical room type. Rest assured, all apartments within the same category feature the exact same layout and amenities.

Best of all, you get to treat yourself to stunning views of the Tokyo Skytree on your walk back to the building every day!
• Superior Studio Apartment (25 sqm): An efficiently designed 25 sqm studio bathed in ample natural light, comfortably hosting up to 2 guests. Outfitted with a Double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-room washing machine, and a soaking bathtub. Includes a dedicated functional work desk and chair, making it the perfect choice for remote workers or business travelers.

📋 Room Occupancy & Fire Safety
• According to Japanese fire safety laws, everyone—including infants—counts toward the total room occupancy. Your reservation must match the exact number of guests in your party. If your group exceeds the legal room limit, we cannot accommodate you, and the booking may be canceled without a refund.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is up to 11am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are highly subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. We can only check availability and process requests starting 1 day prior to your arrival or departure. An additional fee of JPY 1,000 per hour applies. Please message our team by 18:00 the day before to check.
• Please be advised that this property is fully unmanned, but we have a small area to store luggage through the white door to the left of the check-in tablet. *Please note: luggage is stored at your own risk and Section L is not responsible for any theft or damage. Space is limited and first-come, first-served. Also, please keep the key safe!
🧼 Housekeeping & Trash Policies
• Cleaning is provided only before your check-in, not during your stay. Additional mid-stay cleanings can easily be arranged for an extra charge.
• In-room trash bins are provided. If they fill up during your stay, you can easily dispose of full trash bags at the main trash area located on the 1st floor at any time. Additional trash bags can be provided upon request.
• For long stays of 21 nights or more, a complimentary room cleaning is provided every 7 nights. Please note that unused cleanings cannot be refunded as cash or redeemed for other services.
🛏️ Extra Guest Policy
• Please note that all guestrooms at Section L Residence Asakusa East have a strict maximum capacity of 2 guests, including children of any age. Extra beds cannot be provided.
• Your reservation must accurately match the exact number of guests in your party. Unregistered or extra guests beyond the 2-guest limit are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a refusal of check-in, and the booking may be canceled without a refund.
