Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Our home is nestled down a small hill in a hollow that has a lovely little creek at the back. There are only 2 houses in our small hollow and we share a cul-de-sac. We are a single detached house that backs up to woods and the creek. From the front porch you can see the neighbor's home across the cul-de-sac but from the elevated back wrap-around deck you can only see woods and the creek. We have a very peaceful setting. YET we are only 1 mile and less than 5 min from the charming town square

The space
Our home has 2 levels and a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main level has all the common areas, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. The lower level has a 1 bedroom and another full bath along with a full sized washer and dryer. Our home looks like an ordinary Georgia home on the outside but we have made it a modern living space on the inside. We have a huge gourmet custom kitchen, tiled baths with glass enclosed shower and soaking tub. We have comfortable yet modern decor that will certainly please most guests.

We keep our yard more woodsy and while we do have grass we do not choke the life out of mother nature but try to enjoy the seasons and the natural habitat. You will find rabbits, deer, and other woodland creatures of all sorts. I especially love all the birds.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive and full access to all living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets galore. Also, I leave my treasure trove of spices for you to use. If you do finish one off it would be so nice for you to replace it if you can.

We do not include the garage in the listing. Nor the rooms off the side entrance. We do not rent them out but are reserved for us. We also have the closet under the stairs, sunroom and one bedroom reserved for owners property.

Other things to note
The fireplace is ornamental and is not usable.

Our home is set off a very quiet well-established neighborhood. It is filled with nice families and brick homes. Our neighbors are so kind and we love living here. There is no place so near town and so private and secluded. You feel like you are way out but our internet speeds are fantastic and restaurants are within minutes.

I am a teacher in Orlando, Florida. I am quite a foodie. I am married and have 3 adult sons. I love to travel and meet new people. My favorite trips were taking each of my son when they graduated to Ireland and England. I love to read even though I'm super busy and sometimes don't have the time to read as much as I would like. As an Airbnb host, I hope that families that stay in our home enjoy making family memories and can really relax and recharge their batteries. We like to have fun together as a family, and there are many great things to do in central Florida outside of the Parks. The food scene in Orlando and central Florida is really flourishing, and I have suggestions for places all throughout the area. I can suggest activities for all ages. I look forward to meeting people from all over the world. I love Airbnb and use it to travel so I understand the needs of our particular type of traveler because I am just like you.
