The kitchen has everything you would want plus more. The undercover pergola area is picturesque with BBQ, outdoor lounges, fans, and fire pit.
There is back lane access and a double lock up garage with automatic roller doors to make parking a breeze.

The space
This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom is just gorgeous, with split systems in every room.
The Large Undercover Pergola and BBQ area is absolutely amazing. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens, turn on the water features and light up the fire pit. Relax with a few drinks and enjoy a BBQ.
All beds are super comfy with electric blankets and extra bedding provided if needed. The double lock up garage is great to secure your vehicle, great for tradies peace of mind with easy remote roller doors for easy access.

Entire house and Backyard is for your own personal use.
You will find a lock box at the front door, google maps may take you to the back lane but access is at the front in Currajong st.
There is a double lock up Garage, you can access from the rear lane. Once inside you will find more keys with a button to open the roller doors.
