Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

Since the whole building is rented, you can basically use it privately. Part of the house, such as the backyard, bath, and washing machine, is shared with the host. There is a main house on the same site, where the host family lives.

Yakushima, Kagoshima, Japan

It is located on the east side of Yakushima, right next to Haruta Beach. You can see the sunrise all year round. There are no houses around, so it is very quiet. You can hear the sound of the waves right by the sea. You can also hear the sounds of insects and birds well. The location of the accommodation is very difficult to find, so the host will pick you up at a location with a landmark at check-in.
