The House has 1 good size bedroom and the house also boasts a great 40m2 roof terrace taking in views of all of Bocaina straight and Playa Blanca Lanzarote. BBQ, WIFI, & a communal swimming pool are all included, refurbished in December 2020. with mostly all new appliances and furniture.
