This quaint second story condo is set in a wooded quiet neighborhood. It is a shared space with owner. Owner is not home during the day. Guests have private bedroom and bathroom. There is a patio that you are free to use that faces the woods. You are welcome to use the living room and kitchen. Feel free to put personal food items in the frig and cook. Condo located 15 minutes from Disney Springs and Sea World, 20 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal.

The space
We are surrounded by an abundance of activity, entertainment, shopping and dining. Close to Orlando, International Drive, all the theme parks, and lakes for fishing, or canoeing, kayaking and walking trails. Our development is kind of secluded surrounded by trees and usually a daily visit of peacocks.

This neighborhood has a lot of trees, it is quiet most of the time. We have peacocks for visitors usually on a daily visit.
