The hot water is good and from a rainwater shower head , the new queen bed memory foam mattress(I understand some people don’t enjoy memory foam beds but I find it is a super comfy bed) with lovely good quality linens ... heating & aircon for comfort all year ..

There’s wardrobes for storing and hanging your clothes ,

A folding desk for laptop working or a dinner table for 2 and some books around for getting some true R&R during your stay !

Not sharing the space with me or any other guests, and you have a fenced in private courtyard that overlooks the garden & then the park. Its a private, ground floor apartment for easy access; where you can make yourself at home, get comfortable , enjoy in the ammenities & have a cosy inner city leafy private sanctuary that is instantly calm, yet instantly where the action is for when you want to adventure.

firstly, you're On Hyde park.
basically, that in itself is a mega delight. There's coffee vans, one of the most delish bakeries and great coffee Chu cafe , about 200m down from the door to grab a takeaway brekky for your wander in the park... pretty lakes and adorable waterbirds... it provides a leafy outlook for the apartment, a good place to excersise or stroll in... or just chill out in the loveliness .

this Apartment is a just minutes walk from some of Perth's best restaurants , small bars and cafes.. Beaufort street is the next main street over - and its chockers with food & drink options. Great bookstore. fun things.

and walking a bit further down William street or a short car trip takes you into the cultural precinct of all thats fun, nightlife, arty events in perth ( Northbridge) . theres amazing small bars, restaurants, chinatown for yum cha and dumpling heaven , live music and art venues - and it links up the the state there, library, art glory of WA and the brand spanking new Museum ... party on to the break of dawn , or just eat too many dumplings , drink natural wine and indulge in artisanal gelato and walk it off back home ( or grab a cheap uber)

I am a freelance photographer that lives in Bali but has a base in Perth, Australia, I love to explore the world.. (when its possible)! As a host : I open up my little home to people so they experience the increasingly cool city of Perth at their doorstep, but also enjoy the little cosy coocoon of sanctuary space that I newly renovated into a creative little urban sanctuary, as much as I do. I wanted to inspire a comfy home feeling , with everything you need for ultimate r&r, cooking , working , mixed with a boutique designer hotel room. Its super close to the city and transport to wherever your heart beckons , but surrounded by calm leafy gorgeous parks and great food & cultural things ... I want you to make yourself at home and really enjoy your stay in the Parkside apartment with also respect for the neighbours and space & in return I will be as helpful and sharing as possible, so you can have an awesome experience in beautiful and amazing city that is Perth! I am happy to pass on as much knowledge about the local tips on the best places to go / see / eat / drink / be merry... If its independence & freedom without interference in your own private oasis you are searching for , then you can have that for sure! As a traveller : Having travelled a lot around the world using Air b'n'b , staying at friend places, couch surfing, or living it up... So I am friendly and love to be social but aam completely respectful of other peoples cultures, spaces, privacy , belongings and homes / properties and pets! Travel and exploring is amazing and it changes your life and i'm grateful for airbnb for this ...! I think its great being able to find things in common and share experiences of the places we live and travel, and personal recommendations of the locals way to be in a city...but also very independent and wont be a burden on anywhere or anyone where I am staying... I plan to get out there and explore! 5 things i cant live without - well, that is certainly not enough to cover anything... but I can say coffee... good food, good friends new & old, respectful and sharing people... art, music, design, travel, family, friends, travel, chocolate mousse, love, beer, cheese, film, landscapes.... 5 not enough see the list just goes on... thank you xx
