The space
Escape to your own private paradise! From the moment you step through the front gate, you'll feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle. With fenced boundaries, including along the serene creek front, and a pool area enclosed for your privacy, you can truly unwind in peace. Our inviting pool offers a refreshing oasis exclusively for your enjoyment.
We understand that your furry companions are family too, which is why we warmly welcome pets to join you on your holiday.
Indulge in outdoor living at its finest in our expansive covered outdoor room, complete with a comfortable lounge, dining area, Smart TV, and WeberQ BBQ. Or soak up the view from the deck overlooking the tranquil waterway.
Fishing enthusiasts will find the waterside deck perfect for casting a line, or throwing in the crab pot. And for your convenience, we provide an extra fridge in the outdoor room, ideal for storing your bait or catch of the day. We also provide a selection of fishing rods for your entertainment with sizes to suit both children and adults, plus a crab pot ready for your use.
With three bedrooms accommodating up to seven guests, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate in this comfy family friendly home. Come experience the ultimate in relaxation and seclusion with us.
Guest access
Only the garages and the small garden shed are not accessible to guests. The small boat at the waters edge IS NOT to be used. The rest of the property is all yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Pets are not to be locked inside the house at anytime when you are not on the property. The back room is protected and secure so please be respectful of our wishes. If you have a dog that barks when left, please do not leave it alone as it will disturb the neighbours. The property is fully fenced so they cannot gain access to the roadside, pool area or waterside unless you allow them. A large dog would possibly be able to jump the side fence in one area, therefore we prefer mid to small size dogs to avoid potential issues with neighbours.
We provide water and food bowls, dog toys and treats, waste bags and throw rugs to cover the lounges and beds. We do not provide dog beds as we know they all have their own favourite one that you can bring.
There is an additional fee payable when pets stay, due to the extra time required for cleaners to vacuum and mop up the hair. Please be thoughtful in regard to bedding and if you travel with a pet which you know will sleep on the bed, please use the tan stripe quilts provided or bring a cover for our linen, or your own bedding. If bedding is stained, covered with hair or damaged you will be charged full replacement costs.
Dogs claws can also pierce or damage the leather lounges so please cover it if your pet is going to be jumping on the lounge.
All internal floors are tiled and the outdoor room is timber. We have removed all carpets and mats from the house to make it more suitable for pets.
We must be informed if you plan to bring a pet/s as final approval will be based on size and breed of animal/s.
Due to recent internal damage from a dog being locked inside the house, we want to make it clear that if your pet damages anything you will be 100% responsible for full replacement of the damaged item and finalising your reservation confirms that you are aware of that.
Please be thoughtful when disposing of dog faeces, bait, unused fish etc and always place in the largest bin in plastic bags tied closed to prevent blow flies.
Complimentary Amenities: we provide amenities such as WiFi, Fishing Rods, Crab Pot and other extras as a complimentary convenience for our guests. While we do our best to ensure they are in working order, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted Internet service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., service provider issues, weather conditions, etc.). When the fishing rods are used they expect guests to reset them ready for the next guest. Our cleaning team do not have time to check such items. The Crab Pot must be pulled out of the water and any bait in it must be removed and disposed of.
If any of the complimentary items are not working correctly or not functioning, this cannot be used as a reason to claim reimbursement from AirBNB.
That is also the case with spiders, bugs and insects etc that live in our local environment. They are part of nature and if not something you can handle then you would be more suited to hotel accommodation.
