Fantastic place with great views! Mick went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even got us croissants for breakfast! We thoroughly recommend.

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Scenery from the room itself of the land was gorgeous with surrounding hills and animals like horses and sheeps. Mick was very friendly. Getting network is an issue and there is no wifi there. Their dog was extremely friendly and touchy which overwhelmed us but we still managed to get our privacy. Room was alright but faced some bugs during the night time. Overall was a great stay in a perfect country location. Price is a little high for what you get in my opinion.

We were looking for a quiet break in the country and found it at Mick's place. Its a work in progress but everything we needed, and more, was well provided. Be prepared for being out of phone range. Above all Mick's generosity and care made for relaxation and good company.

Lovely area and a great view from Micks place. Mick was a very helpful and friendly host. We managed to arrive a peak winterness(!) though, so pack a few extra coats if you go around the same time of year.

We stayed here for one night during the June long weekend. Mick's place was perfect for that getaway from Sydney and it was lovely to wake up to the stunning view of the rolling hills on his vast property. Mick was really welcoming. We had our own separate part of the house complete with own tv room stacked full of DVDs, and the electric blankets were incredible - we slept really well! Mick's farm is on the way to Wombeyan Caves, a great day out to be had. We went for dinner at the lovely local pub in taragla and sat by the fire - it was perfect! One thing to note is, make sure you fill up your fuel in Goulburn before coming to Taragla. The one petrol station in the town closes at 12pm on a Saturday. We had to drive straight back to goublurn to fill up as we were off up to jenolan the next day.

Mick's place was perfect for my needs. I was attending a dog trial in Taralga and needed to have somewhere that would accept my dogs and a comfortable warm place to come back to each night.
