If in season, feel free to pick fresh oranges and grapefruits from the trees—guests and wildlife alike enjoy them!

You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The backyard is fully fenced, providing privacy and a relaxing retreat with comfortable seating and seasonal amenities like the hot tub (October–April).

🚗 Parking is simple! The home features a covered carport, a driveway that fits 2–3 vehicles, and free street parking if needed.

Little Gem is centrally located 6 miles east of downtown right off The 3rd St. Bicycle Blvd. Within miles, the bike path leads you in either direction straight into the University of Arizona or to The Chuck Huckelberry Loop. It's a great central location if you are looking for a home away from home that's close to everything.

Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with mountain views on 3 of the 4 streets that our corner home sits on. Very close to great restaurants, bike paths, hiking, golfing and shopping.

Events or parties are not allowed, and we require that you be at least 25 years old to book our home. Sorry, no pets.
