Beautiful, private, and modern studio apartment with the best possible location in playa El Tunco. The "Mini-loft Floral" is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom, and Terrace in a very safe neighborhood . Just steps away from the beach , La bocana surf spot and playa El Sunzal , close to the best dining and shopping in town, we are partners with Monkey Lala, a beachfront bar and hotel boutique where the pool and shower are available to our costumers.

It is a new modern construction that has a space of 27 square meters, a cozy and colorful place, in a second level, and there are 3 apartments in total in the building.

MiniLoft Floral , is situated in the heart of Tunco Town, near by restaurants, coffee places, very close to the beach in a very safe area.
Our place is in a second level, and is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchen, bathroom, hot water, private terrace, desk, fans, parking for one car, includes a common area with space to leave a surfboard, and access to the Monkey Lala club that has a swimming pool and beachfront restaurant
