Welcome to a sunny cottage conveniently located in South Salem! This 676 sq. ft. guesthouse, with its own private parking and entrances, is fully furnished and stocked to provide an easy transition and comfortable living space. There is wifi, a work area, queen-sized bed, heating and a/c, and full-sized kitchen appliances. It's only 1.4 miles from Salem Hospital and Willamette University.

The space
This cottage is located on our property but is a stand alone structure. You will have privacy, but if you need anything, we are close by. We renovated the cottage completely a couple of years ago.

Our cottage is located in a suburban neighborhood. Many of the craftsman homes in our area were built about 100 years ago, and have historical charm. It is a safe area and is close to the city in one direction and parks and shopping in another.
