It was my grandmother's dream to raise her family in her own home. And in 1972, my grandparents purchased that home, AKA the Rodriguez home. In 2022, my dream of opening a business came to fruition with this listing of the Rodriguez Home.

I opened 2 private rooms in the Rodriguez Home. The space is great for students or remote workers. The entertainment room is a family museum I created. Gym and Kitchen available.

I live in the basement and use the kitchen and gym, but I'm rarely home.

Transportation Accessibility
18th street Pink line is around the corner, which can take you to the downtown area in less than 15 minutes. The Illinois Medical District is one train stop away. You can also rent a Divvy bike near the train station and take the 18th street bike path to the downtown area or continue to the 18-mile beautiful lakefront path.

Local Scene
Many restaurants, bars, and breweries line up this historical gem's street. You'll find great murals everywhere that were painted by local artists and you can even walk down the street to the free National Museum of Mexican Art.
