Located in the prestigious suburb of Kew, also known as 'Kew Village.' Sweet Fig Tree on Myrtle is surrounded by leafy greenery on a beautiful quiet street.

Take a peaceful stroll to the beautiful parklands through Normanby road or visit the Historic Alexandra Gardens and Kew Shopping Centre. Cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive on Glenferrie road, Burke road, Whitehorse road and High street. These are Melbourne's best shopping and dining strips.

The space
This family friendly home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, large breakfast bench, large falcon oven and gas cook top with Miele, dishwasher and microwave. All cookware, and eating appliances are available for your use which allows for self catered meals. The large dining table comfortably fits 6. The spacious laundry with a seperate washing machine, dryer, storage space and sink is there for your convenience.

The owners have styled this home with the consideration for both style and comfort. The lounge room has a 55 inch smart TV. The property is well insulated and equipped with gas space heaters and reverse cycle units. Set with instantaneous gas hot water system, glamorous tigerwood flooring, and a remote control single garage door. Free parking is also available on the street. There is no need to look elsewhere.

If you feel like a quiet home in a reputable location with city views from upstairs and light filled rooms with high ceilings, this home is perfect for your family or group. The dining area comfortably fits 6 and overlooks the back veranda and the green foliage. Take a seat on the outdoor seating and enjoy a peaceful Sunday brunch.

There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seperate toilet upstairs. Bedroom 1 is serviced by the bathroom next door with a bathtub and shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 located upstairs are serviced centrally by the upstairs bathroom with seperate toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with bedside tables, lamps and built in robes with hangers and built in shelves.

The upstairs lounge room has an office desk and comfortable arm chairs withs views of the city skyline.

2) Guests must notify the Cosmo of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as reasonably practicable.

NOISE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
1) Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighbourhood.
2) Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties – especially during night-time hours (e.g. 11pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure.
3) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Accommodation agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit.

VISITORS
1) Guests are prohibited to have visitors during their stay.
2) Any additional Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. $50 per guest per night.

FUNCTIONS
1) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at your accommodation.
2) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighbourhood and Visitor numbers.
3) Alcohol Consumption should be limited at our accomodation.
4) Drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

SMOKING
1) Smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time.
2) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

PETS
1) Pets are permitted at the subject to extra charges.
2) Specific rules regarding Pets at the this home are as follows:
- Guests must notify hosts of any Pets prior to their booking
- All Pets must remain outside at all times
- Any damage caused by the Pets to the accomodation will result in a deduction from the security deposit or extra fees incurred.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
1) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the host as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And;
2) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
3) No bathroom towels or other contents are to be removed from the property.
