Dive right in

This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
This spacious two bedroom unit on the second floor has beautiful river views, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and a swimming pool. Its in a perfect position opposite the river and you can walk to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Shops, Bottle shop, Foodworks – everything you will need while on Holidays !!

THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE.
There is some visitor parking available inside the gate, otherwise street parking is available.

The space
This unit is located directly across from the Maroochy River and park. Park facilities include, basketball courts, netball court and table tennis tables (BYO) bat and balls. Within walking distance you will also find the local swimming pool, tennis courts, library, Sunshine Plaza shopping centre and much more!

The patrolled Maroochydore surf beach is also only a 5 minute walk down the road!
