3 Little Birds is about spending time with those closest to you. We offer a variety of spaces to enjoy. An elegantly styled, spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with media room, open living, alfresco dining, BBQ and entertainer's kitchen. Enjoy a breakky or a sundowner on the patio with lush gardens and leafy surrounds, or mix it up in the side courtyard.
Vintage facilities including bar, restaurant, pool and gym are a short stroll away.

The space
Kitchen – make the most of this fully equipped kitchen with a variety of utensils, cookware and baking equipment, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and cutlery/crockery/glassware for up to 10.

Dining – adjacent the open plan kitchen with concertina doors opening out to both the alfresco and the garden, plenty of natural light and seating for eight guests.

Alfresco – early birds can enjoy a coffee and breaky as the hot air balloons pass over and land in the paddock beyond while the outdoor lounge and table offers a shaded spot for drinks and nibbles after a day exploring the Hunter. Crank up the five burner Beefeater BBQ while you are at it.

Living – generous L-shaped 4-seater lounge with side chairs. Includes 65-inch smart TV, gas fire-place and loads of natural light.

All bedrooms available as either 1 x king or 2 x single bedding configuration.

Master bedroom – with loads of natural light the master bedroom opens privately into the landscaped garden and offers tranquil views beyond. King bed with ensuite and a comfy side chair and table for quiet reading or respite. Super large walk in robe.

Bedroom 2 – Separate from the other bedroom spaces, this large bedroom and ensuite offers privacy with views to the front of the house. Includes an arm chair and side table for quiet contemplation.

Bed 3 – offering privacy away from the main living, the ‘pink’ room includes generous robe and side chair.

Bed 4 – nestled along the main corridor, the ‘green’ room is slightly smaller while still comfortably accommodating either a king or two single beds.

Main bathroom – sophisticated, modern main bathroom with a large separate bath and shower. A separate toilet is located off the main corridor.

Media – a 75-inch smart TV commands attention in this generous media room. With two lounges and an ottoman to cater for the crowd, you can close the sliding doors and not impact the rest of the house.

Courtyard – private side courtyard with terraced timber bench seating provides another space for guests to choose during their stay.

Parking – generous double garage with addition driveway or on-street parking.
