Other things to note
Springtime is lambing time here! We always have one or two sock lambs to be bottle - fed so if like to help out just ask! The how tub is for the sole use of the holiday cottage. It is literally 10 steps form the bedroom (Behind the bamboo fencing). Its totally private!
SAT-NAVS!!! Do not trust them! Some will take you past the best entrance into the farm, which is Jay Lane. If your Sat Nav takes you downhill into Leintwardine, take the first lane on your right immediately
after the large wooden art gallery/picture framing gallery. That is Jay Lane. Drive down there till you cross a river bridge and you will see the farm immediately across the firleds, follow the road round. If you are still lost ask at either the Leintwardine garage or the Bucknell garage. Good luck!!
This is a family cottage with only 2 sets of elderly neighbours. Please bear this in mind when booking. We are ideal for couples and families. We are also perfect for small groups of fly fishermen. We are not ideal for stag parties or people looking for an amazing night life. We have a beautiful village with good dining and 2 pubs within a mile.

We like to up cycle as much as we can and that is reflected in our tasteful and cosy holiday cottage.
