Cute, cozy, and modern. The space is warm and thoughtfully decorated. Two couches, 55" TV, charming gas fireplace, and huge windows make the main living area a delight to be in.

The bedroom is outfitted with a large queen size memory foam mattress on a stylish low profile platform bed.

The kitchen features stone counter tops and a modern back splash.

Centrally located near Cundles and Bayfield on a quiet court in a mature neighbourhood. Quick access to bus routes, minutes from downtown, and close to both RVH and Georgian College. Need to hop on the highway - no problem, it's about ten seconds from here.

My wife and I live upstairs but we are quiet folks who work during the day. We will be available via text but also have a full time manager to answer any questions you may have.

We have a couple cats so you may hear them scurrying across the floor every so often - but just imagine how cute they are.
