A large two-story family home, five minutes drive to town. Suitable for large groups equipped with all of the basics. Three bedrooms upstairs and office downstairs with a double bed.

Large front yard, and reasonable back garden with a full-size BBQ and outdoor table. Set in a quiet neighborhood (Bel-Air) with great walking paths close by, just around the corner to Orange’s ‘Duntry League’.

Plenty of aircon/reverse cycle heating upstairs and down plus an indoor fire for the cooler months.

The space
Master bedroom equipped with an ensuite, while the two other upstairs bedrooms share a large family bath with bath tub. The office downstairs has access to the downstairs toilet and shower. Our home is not the most modern but is well maintained and a space where you can feel comfortable and at home.

Quiet, residential neighborhood Bel Air, is five minutes drive to the CBD. Our street is lovely and quiet. You will have a double driveway to park on and there are plenty of lovely walking tracks along the wetlands in our estate.
