Comfortable cookie-cutter home on the Northeast side of Las Cruces close to restaurants and Walmart. Not far from White Sands National Monument, WSMR, and NASA. Central heating and refrigerated air conditioning. Garage available to park in.

The space
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

The house is a little over 1200 square feet. The space features a living room with comfortable seating and TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc.

Washer, dryer, iron, and iron boarding can be found in the laundry room located in the hallway.

The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker. Dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and staples like olive oil, sugar, salt & pepper.

3Bd, 2bath, 3 Queens
The master bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two, a 55" smart TV, and an attached bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two and has access to bathroom with a tub and shower in the hall.

The third bedroom also has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two and has access to bathroom with a tub and shower in the hall.

There is a two car garage available for parking, as well as a two car driveway, and parking on the street is allowed and more practicable for larger vehicles.

Sleds and wax for use at white sands are in the hallway closet. Take them with and bring them back. If you need to bring them back after checkout please leave them on the back patio.

Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to Highway 70. Sidewalks are available for walks around the block. Something quite unique is down Mesa Grande Street in the middle of Engler Road is a walking path. If you like to walk or run for exercise be sure to check it out.
