This well-situated unit is minutes away from downtown (~1km) where you can enjoy the best of Canmore dining and shopping, and numerous hiking/biking trails at your doorstep.

The space
This third-floor unit is the perfect mountain getaway. Curl up on the plush leather couches in the large living room and take in the breathtaking mountain views alongside the built-in fireplace and cable TV. On your private balcony, make use of the barbeque grill, or simply enjoy the view and fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and utensils and cookware. Bar stools at a two-tiered granite kitchen peninsula and a dining table provide eat-in options when you aren’t enjoying the table and chairs on the balcony. The bathroom features granite countertops, a deep porcelain sink, and shower. End your day in the spacious master bedroom that features a king-sized bed as well as a desk/office area and a TV. You’ll love the convenience of the in-suite washer and dryer (with laundry detergent included too!).

**The condo building has complimentary secured underground heated parking for your comfort, but please note: The parking spot comfortably fits cars and small SUVs, it may be too tight for large pickup trucks because of the building's pillars. If your truck cannot fit, there is free parking outside the building.**

We love to travel together and have a life long goal to visit all 7 continents. So far we have visited 5! But our favorite vacation spot is still close to home in the Rocky Mountains. We both grew up in Alberta, and Banff & Jasper National Parks provided us with so many fun adventures and memories, which is why we decided to have a second home in Canmore. In the summer, we love to hike, and in the winter, we love to ski, snowshoe & skate. We are excited to share our Canmore home with the Airbnb community and to share our recommendations for year round fun in the Alberta Rocky Mountains!
