The space
Serenity is a romantic open plan villa in an outstanding location specifically designed to create a harmonious space for you to relax and reconnect. Celebrate a special occasion or just a getaway to unwind by relaxing in the sunken double spa bath with overhead heating located in your own private courtyard with the complimentary bottle of bubbly. Inside Serenity is toasty warm with a double sided stone clad fireplace & TVs overhead (One Smart TV & the other with chromecaster to access your Netflix) giving you the choice to enjoy all that your private sanctuary offers in either your lounge or bedroom areas. All year round comfort is naturally provided by the reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Laying in the romantic four posted king size bed you can enjoy the double sided gas log fireplace and tv at your feet, or turn your head to look out through the stone columns that form your double bedside bathroom vanity to your spacious walk in double shower with full length picture window looking out onto your double spa and green private courtyard.
A full kitchen and laundry are stocked to enjoy the oasis that is Serenity for as long as you want to retreat really.
Serenity is situated within a 3 minute walk to Mornington’s wide range of restaurants, day spas, unique shops and bars, and at the end of our street a 4 minute walk to Mornington’s most popular beach the iconic Mills Beach with its adjoining cliff top walk or Mothers Beach with the adjoining Mornington Pier and the Rocks Restaurant amongst various attractions.
Imagine having the choice on your Serenity getaway to simply park the car for a few days and being able to walk to wherever you choose to bathe, dine or drink at.
Serenity is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, make yourself at home, with the only decision for the day need be where you'd choose to walk to eat and perhaps enjoy your vino from the wide array of nearby choices on offer!

Please be aware that of recent times the local accommodation market in our popular hamlet of Mornington has been hit by the explosion of budget priced airbnb accommodations with basic facilities, no views or private outdoor areas that can be enjoyed, and that are really nothing more than basic city apartment and sparse old holiday houses at best. Guest access
The villa is accessed through a keyless door pad via your own personal code, so you have full privacy at all times and 24 hour check in.
With the convenience of not having to make a check in time to hand over keys - check in discreetly at your leisure any time after 3pm - easy late night check in.
With a keyless entry you can go to the beach without having to hide the key in your shoe!
There are two small steps up to the front door, the rest of the apartment is on one level.
There is free, off street parking in front of the villa for two cars. The parking space is two car lengths long so can also cater for a trailer/boat of average size.
Please note there are no shared areas, Serenity is totally yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Check in/out requests
We can't offer late check outs or early check ins. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11am is firm. We require this very small window to turn Serenity around by deep cleaning and sanitising between each reservation.
Infants
Serenity is a studio villa with only one bed, an infant who sleeps with you or in a cot is permitted. A firescreen is available upon request.
Dogs
If you have 1 very small dog (less than 5kg) that you can't bear to leave at home then we are open to the option of it staying by prior arrangement ($50 pet fee). Under no circumstances do we allow more than 1 dog, dogs over 5kg, or cats, regardless of how well trained they are.
Health
Our ethos is to tread lightly and embrace sustainability, we only use environmentally friendly cleaning products. The villa is smudged between guests, your wellbeing is important to us.
As Serenity is a contactless stay if you wish to cancel your reservation our standard cancellation policy will apply. Changes of dates are accepted if they are confirmed 14 days before your original check in date.
