Offering a well-equipped, air-conditioned studio with a queen bed, luxurious linen, ensuite, full kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable lounge area, WiFi, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.

The space
Fabulous, light filled, one bedroom studio with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. A newly installed air conditioning unit that flows beautifully through the living space. There is a full kitchen where you can cook up a storm or take a short, easy walk into the heart of Byron Bay to dine at any number of restaurants and cafes. Perfect for a couple or single traveller. Lovely north facing outdoor space with brand new Baby Q Weber and beautiful garden. A wonderful place to relax and unwind with a pre-dinner drink.

Guests have access to the entire studio, outdoor area and garden
Other things to note
We live in a residential area and guests need to be respectful of noise and neighbours between 10pm and 8am, especially when coming home from a night in town.
Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the property being left in an unsatisfactory condition. This is calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing, dry cleaning of furniture or removal of rubbish is required, these charges will be taken from the bond. Damages to bed linen or beach towels will be debited from your bond.
Byron Bay is a developing town and from time to time, there may be building/construction on houses within the vicinity of this property. We take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise on neighbouring properties.

A short 10 minute walk to Tallow Beach. an amazing surf beach, running for 6.5km from the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse down to Broken Head Nature Reserve - it's never crowded! Start your day with a morning coffee at The General Store just a few minutes away or The Roadhouse a few minutes in the other direction.
