Beautiful 105 m² apartment on the 2nd floor with large south and west balconies, modern kitchen with basic equipment, cozy living and dining room.
With direct access from the separate parking space in front of the house, on request with electric car connection socket.

The space
In addition to the spacious living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom (plus guest toilet), up to 3 bedrooms are available in the accommodation. 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 double beds and the 3rd Room has a bed 140 cm wide. 2 people can also sleep here if needed. By arrangement, a mattress can also be provided. For longer stays, a washer-dryer is available in the bathroom, including detergent. Please ask for special requests.
