The space
Perfectly positioned to easily access year round patrolled and beautiful Sunshine Beach/newly renovated Surf Club, it is also a very short walk to award winning restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is beautifully designed and features high end finishes. The designer kitchen includes quality stone bench tops and matching splash back, Miele appliances throughout with a 5 way Zip feature tap including soda stream. Fully integrated French door refrigerator and pull out pantry.

The apartment is in a tightly held secure complex of only five units. Unit 2 has first level front central position with split stairwell allowing for easy access with minimal stairs.

The living area incorporates open plan/dining with matching built in cabinetry, feature ceiling fan and air conditioning which in turn, opens up to the large entertaining terrace which extends the full width of the apartment and overlooks the tropical gardens and large solar heated pool to the sea beyond.

The air conditioned master bedroom has views across the pool/gardens, with separate ensuite and full length robes. The second bedroom has built in robes and private/common access to the main bathroom.

Extra features include double glazed sliding triple doors and tinted windows with security screens.

Our world-famous protected beach fringed by National Parks where you might swim with dolphins, turtles and fish galore. Hire a surfboard or SUP, grab your snorkel or just relax in the Noosa year-round sunshine.

Noosa National Park
Explore one of Australia’s favourite National Parks, take the boardwalk and stop at the information centre for an update on koala sightings. Aim for Hells Gate for an opportunity to spot migrating whales at the right time of year, or dolphin pods year-round.

Water Sports & Boat Hire
All watercraft are available for hire from kayak and SUP to self-drive BBQ boats and jet skis. Paddle round the canals and experience the locals secret hideaways and grab some serenity.
