Located in the vibrant and fun Getsemani neighbourhood, the house includes a dip pool in the courtyard, beside the kitchen and dinning area. Ideal for hanging out with family and friends while cooking and eating. The rooftop terrace includes a bbq, dinning table, and spacious lounge area with views of San Felipe Fort, La Popa Monastery and the fortified wall – perfect for sunset drinks and relaxed dinners at home.

No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in with a copy of their passport. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered with an ID prior to check-in.

Check out is at 12pm, and check-in is after 3pm. If no guests are coming in the same day check out and check-in can be flexible

We have a maid during the day that is available for cleaning or common areas, and also a light breakfast can be arranged (guests are responsible for food purchase). Lunch can be arranged for a small fee directly to the employee.

According to local laws, foreign residents are exempt from IVA taxes (19%) upon presentation of their passport and immigration stamp. Current rate do not include IVA taxes.
