Our cedar cabin is definitely off the beaten path. The driveway alone is a scenic venture. Located approximately 20 miles to the nearest town depending on which directly you travel yet centrally located to Danville, Hustonville, Liberty, Stanford & Lebanon Kentucky. Our open concept, 600 square feet cabin has a cozy queen size bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. Full kitchen, & bathroom with a small stand up shower. Equipped with all the standard amenities and a few extra special surprises.

The space
This cabins appeal is mostly in the location of it. Far removed from the main roads, it truly is a country charm,
away from city life. When arriving it looks little when you first drive up. I think it's because of the way is sits on the hill. However, when entering the cabin you are pleasantly surprised by high ceilings, and a beautiful spacious open concept space. The cedar walls give it a pleasant smell and cozy feel. The indoor electric fireplace adds a bit of warmth and romance to the setting. It has a queen sized bed for two, and the sofa has an additional queen sized bed for 2 more if needed. Oh, and if it happens to rain when you're here, the metal roof sounds so relaxing and tranquil.
Behind the cabin there is a fire pit with fire wood, high top table and chairs, wooden benches, gas grill and hammock to enjoy and help you relax here on the farm. We also have a small paddock for those traveling with horses.

Guest access
Has a separate drive way that veers off from main driveway to the cabin. You have the entire cabin to yourself.

Other things to note
This small farm is home for a small cattle herd and 6 horse. I do have a small paddock near the cabin for people traveling with a few horses.

Gravel country road leads to our gravel driveway. There are just a few neighbors. The driveway itself is a 1/2 mile long, gradually up hill with curves helping to hide the cabin. No other neighbors or houses are visible once up at the cabin, unless all the leaves have fallen. Well except for the Host's house, that is roughly 250 feet away from the cabin. We have 30 beautiful acres with gorgeous sunsets right off of the back porch. Incredible sunrises are visible from the front porch swing and glider bench.
This is out in the country. We have the usual country wildlife and critters that occasionally wonder up through the farm to be nosey or just passing through. We often hear coyotes calling out to each other in the evening. See deer, ground hogs, chipmunks, squirrel, birds, and of course the livestock. Horses and cows. Most of the neighbors are farmers too.
