Stunning beach house retreat with private pool and gardens.

This is a quiet retreat and not a party house, we have a strict no party or event policy. We only accept bookings from quiet families, couples and groups with a 9pm noise restriction. Photo ID is required.

Located within walking distance or a 2 minute drive to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops, this home has everything that you need and is the perfect place to stay. Perfect for families with kids with a fully enclosed garden.

The space
After a day at the beach kick back and enjoy your private retreat reading a book, lazing around the pool or take advantage of the art lessons, PT sessions, massages, yoga, cooking classes or enjoy a gourmet picnic on the grass in our beautiful boho teepee all of which we can arrange for you upon request.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms. One room with a King bed another with a queen bed, and a third with a double bunk with a single on top. A travel cot and high-chair is available upon request.

The brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything that you could ask for including an Nespresso Coffee Machine, Juicer, ice cream maker, microwave, bread maker, pizza maker and pantry items.
Bed Linen and towels are included.
There is a front loader washing machine for you to use - with complimentary wash liquid.
Make the most of the amazing alfresco kitchen BBQ area for breakfast, lunch or dinner and pick your veggies and herbs from the vegetable garden.

Peko Peko and Kinky Swell cafe are literally on the doorstop.

Harvest Patisserie, Brooklyn Lounge, Drift Kitchen, Doric Street Cafe, Fam Bam Burgers and General Public are all within a 5 minute walk as well as a local butchers and The Brighton Food Market and take away pizza to name a few,

Yoga and Pilates studios are on the door step too
