The space
This spacious beach house features a private pool, surrounded by a large lush, fully enclosed garden—ideal for kids to play safely while you relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a retreat that’s designed for unwinding, with modern amenities throughout.

• No parties or events.
• 9 PM noise curfew in place to maintain the tranquil atmosphere.

Our spacious home features 3 comfortable bedrooms:
• A master bedroom with a King bed
• A second bedroom with a Queen bed
• A third bedroom with a double bunk (single on top)

The house accommodates up to 5 adults and 2-3 children. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

There’s 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower (cold water only).

3. Noise Control: Guests are asked to be mindful of noise, with restrictions on loud music and noise after 9pm, especially since the property is in a quiet cul-de-sac.

4. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests booked are allowed, and any extra guests need prior approval.

5. Decorative Surfboard: The surfboard is purely for decoration and shouldn’t be used in the pool.
